Ozzy Osbourne hits the Sunset Strip

In a rare appearance this Sunday at Hollywood's mega old school record shop, Amoeba Music, Ozzy Osbourne will sign 800 advance copies of his new album "Scream," and undoubtedly anything else put in front of him. The album is slated for wide-release two days later June 22.

Osbourne will be at Amoeba Records (6400 West Sunset Boulevard) from 5-8 p.m. and the first 600 fans to arrive, purchase the album and get in line will receive free tickets to the record release show Osbourne is skedded headline later that night at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip. Organizers warn that no lining up before 3 p.m. on Sunday will be allowed.

A full 18-month world tour is in the works but dates are yet to be announced. Tickets to the record release show on Sunday can be purchased directly from HOB and are still available for $60. For more info on Ozzy, his new album and upcoming tour, visit www.ozzy.com.
