'Twilight' wins big at MTV Movie Awards
While there was no outrageous "Bruno" moment at this year's MTV Movie Awards, hosted by Aziz Ansari, from the red carpet to inside Universal City's Gibson Amphitheater, celebs seemed most excited to see Katy Perry and Christina Aguilera perform - and "Twilight" was again the big winner.
Thesp Elizabeth Reaser, who plays character Edward Cullen's mom in "Twilight," said, "Definitely looking forward to Christina Aguilera. Girl can sing!"
Backstage, Katy Perry talked up the type of California Girls she's singing about in her new track, which she performed at the show. Said Perry, "I'm not talking about Hollywood girls who are fresh off the bus...climb over everybody to get to the top of the ladder and make you wanna puke...we're talkin' about girls who are fine, fresh, fierce...and they have an inner confidence that comes out of them, and they're always down to earth and are always ready to party."
